If you have multiple pets in your pack, each pet will have a unique pet profile. Members can seamlessly switch between pets on the Fi App to view their activity and individual ranking.
Please note that each pet will need their own device and an active Fi Membership for remote live tracking.
How to Add Another Pet to Your Fi App

With the Fi App open, tap your pet's profile picture in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the three stacked lines to open the Menu button.

Tap Add dog or cat
- Follow the prompts in Profile Setup to add another pet to your Fi App.
- If the app doesn't automatically send prompts to activate a device after creating a pet profile, simply open the new pet profile and tap Activate.
To charge, reset, or activate your device, the Fi Device must sit in the recess on the top side of your Fi Base. The bottom of the base shows the Fi Logo. If you set your device on the bottom of the base, it will not charge or activate properly. Refer to the photo below for the correct orientation:
