Your Fi Device can store up to 6 Wi-Fi networks simultaneously. This allows you to accurately track your pet indoors without needing a Fi Base.
During activation, you automatically configure your pet's device to connect to the Wi-Fi network used at setup, but you can easily manage your networks by adding or removing networks as needed within the Fi App.
Adding a Wi-Fi network
1. Open the Fi App. Tap your pet's avatar in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Menu
2. Tap Your Pack
3. Scroll down to the Wi-Fi network heading and tap Add network
Then, the app will scan for Wi-Fi networks near you.
Note: You can add a Wi-Fi network manually by tapping Add manually at the bottom of the screen:
4. Next, choose your Wi-Fi network, and enter your password.
Be aware that you must be in range of the Wi-Fi network you want to add with your pet's Fi Device present.
5. Set the Wi-Fi location by dragging the Wi-Fi symbol to the network’s location or entering the address in the search bar.
6. Then, the system prompts you to create a Safe Zone.
Editing a Wi-Fi network
1. Open the Fi App. Tap your pet's avatar in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Menu:

3. Scroll down to the Wi-Fi network heading and tap the network you want to edit
4. From here, you can edit the network name, password, address, or mark it as hidden.
Removing a Wi-Fi network
1. Open the Fi App. Tap your pet's avatar in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Menu:

3. Scroll down to the Wi-Fi network heading and tap the network you want to delete
4. Tap Forget network to remove the Wi-Fi network from your account
