Engage with other pet parents who share in the joy we experience by connecting with your Fi Community in the Fi App. Here, you can add photos and videos to your pet’s profile and explore content shared by other members.
This guide will walk you through how to add and remove photos or videos, apply filters, write captions, mute video audio, set a profile picture, and share content from your Fi App.
How to Add a Photo and Video to Your Fi App
1. With the Fi App open, tap the Community Tab. Once the Community Tab is open, tap on Photo or video in the upper left corner.
2. You can take a new photo or video, or choose a photo or video from your phone's media library.
3. Customize your media if you'd like, including the option to add a filter and caption to photos.
4. For videos, you can add a caption and remove the audio.
5. Once you tap Share, your photo or video will be posted to the Fi Community Feed and your Profile, where other Fi Pet profiles can view it. You can also share it on Instagram by toggling the option on before posting.
How to Make a Photo Your Profile Picture
1. With the Fi App open, tap your pet's avatar in the bottom right corner to access their Profile.
2. Once on the Profile page, tap the photo you would like to make your profile picture.
3. Tap the three dots in the upper-right corner of the photo.
4. Tap Make Profile Photo. After updating, a banner will appear confirming your Profile Photo has been updated.
How to Share a Photo or Video
1. Open the Fi App and tap your pet's avatar in the bottom right corner to access their Profile.
2. Once on the Profile page, tap the photo or video you would like to share.
3. You can send the post to friends, even if they're not on Fi. Tap Share to send the video or photo via social media, text, or email.
How to Remove a Photo or Video
1. Open the Fi App and tap your pet's avatar in the bottom right corner to access their Profile.
2. Once on the Profile page, tap the photo or video you would like to remove.
3. Tap the three dots in the upper right-hand corner of the photo.
4. Tap Remove Post.
5. Tap Confirm. After confirming, your post will be removed.
