Do you have an upgrade offer for current Fi Members?
Yes, we do!
For Series 3 Members: Pay $99 to upgrade to the Series 3+ —available to all Series 3 members, regardless of membership. The cost is for the Series 3+ Device only, and will not affect your current membership. Your Series 3 Band and Base are compatible with the Series 3+ Device.
For Series 1 or 2 Members: Upgrade to the Series 3+ Collar by purchasing a 1 Year Membership for $189. A prorated credit is applied to your purchase for any remaining time on your current membership. The price includes the Series 3+ Device, Band, and Base.
Can I use my current Series 3 accessories with the Series 3+?
Yes. All current Series 3 accessories - including Charging Bases and Collar Bands - are fully compatible with Series 3+.
Do I need a new membership to upgrade?
You do not need a new membership if you're upgrading from Series 3. Your existing membership will continue uninterrupted.
If you're upgrading from Series 1 or Series 2, you’ll start a new 1 Year Membership upon activation.
Why upgrade from Series 2 or 3 to a Series 3+?
Series 3+ offers more precise GPS and unlocks exclusive smart AI features.
What do I do with my old Fi Collar?
Once your Series 3+ is delivered, unlink your previous collar to activate the Series 3+.
Your dog’s profile will automatically transfer to their new Series 3+ Collar. After you unlink your previous collar, you can use it on a different dog or save it to use at a different time. If you decide to use your previous collar on a different dog, you’ll need to reactivate it on the new dog's profile in the Fi App.
Can I combine the upgrade program with a Fi promotion or discount?
No, the Fi upgrade program cannot be combined with additional promotions or discounts. The program is designed to offer exceptional value on its own, ensuring you can upgrade to the latest Fi technology at a competitive price.
How do I make an update to my shipping address?
Since we strive to ship orders promptly, it’s important to request updates as soon as possible. If your order status permits, you can request changes, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

I just purchased a Fi Series 3. Can I get the Series 3+ instead?
If you are within your 30 day return window, you can easily return your Series 3 Collar for a Series 3+. Click here to start your return.
I have multiple Fi Collars. Can I upgrade them all at the same time?
Each Fi Profile must be upgraded individually, so you’ll complete the upgrade one membership at a time. After tapping the upgrade banner and finishing the upgrade process for one dog, switch to the next Fi Profile to start their upgrade!
