A Fi Membership is required to enable Fi Series 3 Collars. A subscription is optional and recommended for Fi Series 2 Collars, allowing Fi remote access to your dog's location and activity through GPS/LTE connection.

Pausing a Fi Series 3 Membership Plan
All Series 3 Memberships have a minimum commitment of 6 months, unless a longer term is purchased, in which case the membership commitment period is equal to the length of the plan selected.
Following the 6 month commitment period of a month to month, 3 month term or a prepaid plan, you can elect to pause or cancel the membership temporarily. A membership cannot be paused mid-term. Please note, there is a $20 reactivation fee that is assessed to resume membership after a plan has been canceled.
Pausing a Fi Series 1 and 2 Subscription Plans
