A Fi Membership is required to enable Fi Series 3 Collars. A membership is optional and recommended for Fi Series 2 Collars.

Pausing Fi Series 3 Membership Plans
All Series 3 Memberships have a minimum commitment of 6 months, unless a longer term is purchased, in which case the membership commitment period is equal to the length of the plan selected.
Following the 6 month commitment period of a month to month, 3 month term, or a prepaid plan, you can elect to pause or cancel the membership temporarily. A membership cannot be paused mid-term. All changes to a membership must be made prior to the upcoming renewal.
Please note, there is a $20 reactivation fee that is assessed to resume membership after a plan has been canceled.

You can request an update or cancel your Fi Membership at any time, but please note the changes will go into effect the following billing period.
