If you would like to update your subscription to a different plan, simply submit a request through our request form and let the team know what change you'd like made.
Please note, if you have already submitted a request outside of our request form, someone from our Customer Success Team will be in touch with you shortly, you do not need to submit a duplicate request.
When Can I Update or Cancel My Fi GPS/LTE Subscription?
You can request an update, or to cancel your Fi Subscription at any time, but please note, the changes will go into effect the following billing period, see: When Will I Be Billed for My Fi GPS/LTE Subscription?
To update an upcoming renewal, we recommend contacting our team at least 7 days before the next billing date.
During a trial period (before the Fi GPS/LTE Subscription is billed), subscriptions can be changed or canceled within 30 days of the activation date. See: What is the Fi Subscription Trial Period?
