How Do I Register My Fi Nano Microchip on My Mobile Device?

Here Is What You Need to Register Your FI Nano Microchip on Your Mobile Device:

• The yellow card with the QR code provided to you from the Nano Partner who microchipped your pet. 
  
  • If you do not have the yellow card, go to nano.tryfi.com/register and you can still register the chip by using the microchip serial number and an active email.
• Your mobile phone.

Steps to Register Your Fi Nano via Mobile Device:

Using QR Code:

1. Scan the QR code from the yellow card with your phone. 
   
2. If you already have an account, tap LOG IN and log in to your account. The system will prompt you if you already have an account (If you do not have an account skip to step #3):
   
   
   • Once logged in, tap Register Chip and then proceed to step #4:
     
     
3. If you do not have an account, continue to fill out the details and an account will be made with the email you provide:
   
   
4. If the system does not automatically fill in the microchip number, type in your microchip serial number or the 6 digit number on your yellow card and then tap Next Step:
   
   
5. The system will now prompt you to fill out your general information. The only requirement is your email. If you want to fill out other general information do so and then tap Next Step:
    
6. Next, it is not required but you will be prompted to fill out information for your dog. After you fill out the information tap Complete Registration:
   
   
   • Note: If Mixed Breed, check the mixed breed box but also choose the closest breed you think your pup relates to from the drop down that says Dog Breed.
   • If not a dog, be sure to tap Not a dog.
7. You are now registered!
   • To check in on your status, tap the three stacked lines and then tap on MANAGE CHIPS:
     
     The status on your chip should now say TRANSFER PENDING:
     • Your Fi Partner will need to approve the release and this should happen within 24 hours which will then change your status to ACTIVE. Should this not happen automatically after 24 hours, see: Why Does My Fi Nano Microchip Status Say Transfer Pending?
