Each microchip comes with a unique yellow registration card that can be given to the owners so they can register their microchip on their own via our website.
- If your owners need help in addition to the yellow registration card, please direct your owners to this article here for instructions: How do I register my Fi Nano?
- Once the owner complete the registration, you will receive an email to approve the registration.
- You will have to log into your Nano account (click here if you need help logging in) and approve any chips that sit in the Review category.
- Once you approve the registration, the chips will fall into your Active category and can only be edited by the owner they are assigned to, but you are still on the chip as a secondary point of contact.
TIP: if you are allowing owners to register themselves, you can keep track of who has and has not registered their chip by how many registration requests you are or are not receiving.
If any of your owners have trouble with registration, please have them contact email@example.com.
