Fi offers a dedicated phone support line for:
- Series 3 customers with a 1 Year or above Membership
- Series 2 customers with a 2 or 3 Year Subscription

Our team is also available by email, where we can resolve most issues within one or two messages. We pride ourselves in our quick resolutions, and can get to our customer emails within a few business hours.

Steps to Access Support +
- Open the Fi App.
- Tap on your dog's profile in the bottom right-hand corner:
- Under Menu, if you have a Series 3 Membership, you will see the 📞 Support + option:
- Once you tap 📞 Support + you will be put in contact with our Live Phone Support team.
- If you are not on a plan that offers Support +, you will be offered an upgrade option.
- Series 3:
- Upgrade your membership to a prepaid 1 or 2 year membership in the Fi App. Within the Menu Tab, tap Support + and then tap Upgrade now:

- Series 2:
