- Series 3 members with a 6 month or above membership
- Series 2 members with a 2 or 3 year membership

To Access Phone Support on iOS
- Open the Fi App.
- Tap your dog's avatar in the lower-right corner of your screen. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Menu:

Under Menu, tap Ask for Help:
- Tap Phone Support to be put in contact with our Phone Support Team:
To Access Phone Support on Android
- Open the Fi App.
- Tap your dog's avatar in the lower-right corner of your screen. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Menu:
- Under Menu, tap Phone Support.
- Tap Yes to be put in contact with our Phone Support Ream.
