If you would like to track your dog's steps earned, see: How Can I Track My Dog's Activity? To better understand how your dog's steps are calculated, see: How Are My Dog Steps Calculated?
If you feel your Activity Card does not show your dog's activity properly, see: Why Is the Information on My Activity Card Incorrect?
Walk Card 🦮 🐾
A Walk Card shows an in-depth look at your walks with your dog, including the date and time of the walk, how far your dog walked, what location your dog was in, and how many steps they took during their walk. A Walk Card only occurs outside a Safe Zone.
A paw print icon identifies a Walk Card:
You can Like ♡ friends walks from the Live Tab, see: Walk Likes ♡ 101. For more information on Walks, see: Activity Tracking: Walks.
Rest Card 😌
A Rest Card will show in your Live Feed when your dog has been at the same location for a short span of time and has a low amount of steps. The Rest Card shows what location your dog was at, how long they were there, and how many steps they took during this time. A Rest Card can occur within or outside a Safe Zone.
A sitting dog icon identifies a Rest Card:
Play Card 🎾
A Play Card shows on your Live Feed when your dog has been in the same location for a long span of time and has a high amount of steps. A Play Card can occur within or outside a Safe Zone.
A tennis ball icon identifies a Play Card:
Travel Card 🚗
A Travel Card shows when and where your dog traveled to and from, if we're able to receive location reports from your dog's Fi Collar, such as a car or above ground train. If your dog's Fi Collar cannot report its location, such as air travel, the activity cannot be tracked. A travel card occurs outside a Safe Zone.
For an accurate Travel Card, make sure your Fi App is open and running in the background. If the collar cannot connect to Bluetooth, it will try to connect to GPS/LTE which can show an inaccurate travel report.
A Travel Card is identified with a car icon :
If your dog's Travel Card showed up as a Walk Card vs. a Travel Card, see: Activity Tracking: Walks to see why.
Satellite View
Simply tap into any Activity Card to see an overview of the activity in satellite view. Satellite view will show the amount of time your dog spent doing the specific activity.
