Within the Fi App, you can update your Fi Account email at any time.
The primary email you choose for your Fi Account will:
- Receive all Fi emails.

Be the email you use to log into your Fi Account.
- You will use the same password you created when setting up your Fi Account.
- Please note that you must enter your email address in all lowercase letters.

Steps to Add a New Email & Choose a Primary Email
- Open the Fi App.
- Tap your dog's profile picture in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Settings Menu:
- Tap Account Settings:
- Tap Add another email.
- An email verification email will be sent to the added email address. Tap Verify to confirm your email.
- Tap Resend if the email did not come through to your inbox.

Once you have verified your email, simply tap the dot next to the email you want to be your primary email.
- The blue dot signifies the primary email.

Steps to Remove an Email
- Open the Fi App.
- Tap your dog's profile picture in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Settings Menu:
- Tap Account Settings:

Tap directly on the email address you want to remove, and then tap Remove email.
- Note: you cannot remove an email while it is selected as the primary email. You must select another email to be the primary email, and then you can remove the email once it is not a primary email.
