A request to cancel your Fi Membership can be made at any time. You’ll retain access to the Fi App and its features until changes go into effect at the start of the following billing period.
If you're on a prepaid plan, cancellation is available only after the full commitment period is complete. If a membership is cancelled after the commitment period and you'd like to resume service, a $20 reactivation fee will apply.
You can request to cancel your membership by giving us a call at 1-888-4-Fi-DOGS or by starting a chat with our Customer Success Team here.
You can also send a request to cancel directly in the Fi App by following the instructions below.
Please note, all cancellation requests must be made by the primary owner of the Fi Account.
To Cancel Your Membership in the Fi App
1. Open the Fi App.
2. Tap your dog's avatar in the lower-right corner of your screen. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Menu button:

4. Select the Fi Collar associated with the membership you'd like to cancel.
5. Tap View Details:
6. Tap Manage Membership:
7. Tap Request to Cancel Membership:
8. Select a reason for cancellation, and then tap Continue to submit your request:
