You can request to cancel your membership directly in the Fi App. Cancellation requests must be made by the primary owner of the Fi Account.
A request to cancel your Fi Membership can be made at any time, but please note the changes will go into effect the following billing period.
All Series 3 Memberships have a minimum 6 month commitment. If you have a month to month or a 3 month membership, your plan can only be canceled after the commitment period is paid in full. If you have pre-paid for a term, the membership cannot be paused mid-term. Any requests to cancel or change the commitment period will be made for the upcoming renewal. If a plan is cancelled after the commitment period, a $20 reactivation fee will be charged to resume service.
For Series 2 Memberships during a trial period (before the membership is billed), memberships can be changed or cancelled within 30 days of the activation date.
How to Cancel Your Membership
- Open the Fi App.
- Tap your dog's avatar in the lower-right corner of your screen. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Menu button:
- Tap Collars:
- The Membership is associated with your collar. Tap into the collar you want to send a request to cancel.
- Tap View Details:
- Tap Manage Membership:
- Tap Request to Cancel Membership:

Select a reason for cancellation, and then tap Continue:
