To Cancel Your Membership With An Agent
As the primary owner of a Fi Account, you can request to cancel your membership by giving us a call at 1-888-4-Fi-DOGS or by starting a chat with our Customer Success Team.
To Cancel Your Membership in the Fi App
1. Open the Fi App.
2. Tap your dog's avatar in the lower-right corner of your screen. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Menu button:
3. Tap Collars:
4. Select the Fi Collar associated with the membership you'd like to cancel.
5. Tap View Details:
6. Tap Manage Membership:
7. Tap Request to Cancel Membership:
8. Select a reason for cancellation, and then tap Continue to submit your request:
9. Our team will be in touch over email to confirm your cancellation.
