You can request to cancel your Subscription/Membership directly in the Fi App.
A request to cancel your Fi Membership can be made at any time, but please note the changes will go into effect the following billing period. See: When Will I Be Billed for My Fi GPS/LTE Subscription/Membership?
All Series 3 Memberships have a minimum 6 month commitment. If you have a month to month or a 3 month membership, your plan can only be canceled after the commitment period is paid in full. If you have pre-paid for a term, the membership cannot be paused mid-term. Any requests to cancel or changes to the commitment period will be made for the upcoming renewal. If a plan is cancelled, after the commitment period, a $20 reactivation fee will be charged to resume service.
For Series 2 Subscriptions during a trial period (before the Fi GPS/LTE Subscription is billed), subscriptions can be changed or canceled within 30 days of the activation date. See: What is the Fi Subscription/Membership Trial Period?

Steps to Request to Cancel a Fi Subscription/Membership
- Open the Fi App.
- Tap your dog's Profile picture in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines:
- Tap Collars:
- The Subscription/Membership is associated with your collar. Tap into the collar you want to send a request to cancel.
- Tap View Details:
- Tap Manage Membership:
- Tap Request to Cancel Membership:

Select a reason for cancellation, and then tap Continue:
- If a generated reason doesn't reflect your issue, you can tap Other issue to describe your issue.
- If a generated reason doesn't reflect your issue, you can tap Other issue to describe your issue.
- An email ticket will be generated with our Fi Customer Success team to further help you.
