How Do I Add or Delete My Vet in the Fi App?

Within the Veterinarian section of the Fi App, you can add, search, remove vets, and access your dog's Health Report. See: How Do I Download a Vet Health Report?

Steps To Add a Vet to the Fi App

1. To start, open the Fi App.
2. Tap your dog's avatar in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Menu:

5. Under Your vets, tap Link a vet. This will open a search function:
   
   

6. You can search the vet you want to add by their name, city, zip code, or address.

   • If the "Location ALWAYS On" permission is activated, you'll see a list of vets close to your collar's location. See: Enable Location Services: Why Does Fi Ask Me To Keep My Phone Location "Always On" vs. "When Using the App"?

7. To add the vet, tap the vet's name and then tap Add:
   
   
8. You will see the vet is now stored in the Veterinarian section under Your vets.
   
   • You can add multiple vets.

Steps to Delete a Vet from the Fi App

1. To start, open the Fi App.
2. Tap your dog's avatar in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Menu:

4. Next to Your vets, tap Edit:
   
   

5. Tap the vet you want to delete:
   
   

6. Tap Delete:
   
   

7. Tap Yes, delete:
   
   

8. If you made a mistake or want to add the vet again later, you can add the vet back to the Fi App by following the Steps to Add a Vet to the Fi App listed above.
