By connecting your Strava App to your Fi App, your dog's walks, tracked by the Fi Collar, are imported directly to your Strava account from the Fi App. See: How Do I Integrate With Strava through the Fi App?
Please note: Social Features must be turned on in the Fi App for the integration to work. See: How Do I Turn On/Off My Notifications & Alerts? and What are Social Features?

How is a Walk Imported to Strava?
When the Fi App and Strava App are integrated, any accurate walks tracked within the Fi App will automatically be imported to Strava.
Inaccurate walks, meaning mostly tracked by GPS, will not be uploaded to Strava.
In the Fi App, an inaccurate walk is depicted on a walk card with yellow dots instead of the expected one green dot (representing the starting location) and one red dot (indicating the end location).
The walk will also say “This walk tracking is approximate.”

Automating Walk Transfer: Fi to Strava Requirements
For an accurate walk within the Fi App to automatically show up in Strava:
- You must be logged in to your Strava account, but the Strava App doesn't have to be open.
-
You must have your phone with you on the walk, and the Fi App must be open/running in the background.
- This will ensure the walk is tracked using your phone and not by GPS/LTE.
- The walk has to be at least 250m long and outside of the Safe Zone.
- Only the Fi Walks tracked by the Strava account owner's phone will be imported to Strava.
-
If you walk multiple dogs at one time and their walks meet the requirements to be imported from Fi to Strava, each dog's walk will be imported to Strava.
- If multiple owners with Strava accounts (that have successfully integrated their Fi and Strava Apps) are walking one dog, the phone that the dog's Fi Collar connects to will import the Fi Walk to their Strava.

Fi and Strava use different tracking software and different software to display the walk on their respective maps. For this reason, you may see slight differences between the walks on each app.
