For Fi Members, the Fi App puts you in full control of your Supplements Subscription and upcoming shipments. You can make purchases, adjust shipment frequency, or cancel anytime.
If you haven't made your Fi Collar purchase yet, you can always purchase supplements as a single-bag order on our website.
To navigate to the Supplements Menu:
1. Open the Fi App.
2. Tap your dog's avatar in the lower-right corner of your screen. Once in your dog profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Menu:
3. Tap Supplements to subscribe or view your existing subscriptions.

How do I view my Fi Supplements upcoming shipment?
- Open the Fi App.
- Tap your dog's avatar in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Menu:
- Tap Supplements:
- Once in the Supplements Menu, find the subscription you want to view and tap the arrow next to the shipping status:
- Here, you can modify your next upcoming shipment by changing the shipment date, skipping the upcoming shipment, or sending your supplements subscription now. Additionally, you can modify your subscription by changing the shipping frequency. Any updates made here will affect your next shipment, not the current one:

How do I cancel my upcoming Fi Supplements shipment?
- Open the Fi App.
- Tap your dog's profile picture in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Menu:
- Tap Supplements:

Once in the Supplements Menu, find the subscription you want to cancel and tap the arrow next to the shipping status:
- Tap Cancel subscription:

Provide a reason for cancellation, and tap Continue:
How do I change my shipping address for my upcoming shipment?
Kindly note that if you’ve recently placed an order or if your supplements have already shipped, updating the shipping address will only apply to future orders, not the current order. To make the change:

Open the Fi App.
- Tap your dog's profile picture in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Menu:
- Tap Supplements:
- Once in the Supplements Menu, find the subscription you want to update the shipping address for and tap the arrow next to the shipping status:
- Tap the arrow next to Update shipment address:
- Type in your new shipping address and tap Update address to save:
- A green confirmation message will appear once the shipping address for your upcoming shipment is updated:
How do I change my Fi Supplements subscription's shipping frequency?
- Open the Fi App.
- Tap your dog's profile picture in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Menu:
- Tap Supplements:
- Once in the Supplements Menu, find the subscription you want to update the shipping frequency and tap the arrow next to the shipping status:
- Tap the arrow next to Shipment frequency:

Choose the shipping frequency you would like, and tap to select it:
- A green confirmation message will appear once the shipping frequency is updated:
How do I skip my upcoming shipment?
- Open the Fi App.
- Tap your dog's avatar in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Menu:
- Tap Supplements:
- Once in the Supplements Menu, find the subscription you want to modify and tap the arrow next to the shipping status:
- Tap Skip shipment:
- You can either accept the shipping date provided by tapping Update shipment date or tap Choose different shipment date to select a date on the calendar:
