In the Fi App, you have complete control over your Fi Supplements Subscription and upcoming shipment(s). You can easily add another subscription, skip your next shipment, change shipping frequency, or cancel the subscription altogether.

How Do I View My Fi Supplements Subscription?
- Open the Fi App.
- Tap your dog's avatar in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Menu:
- Tap Supplements:
- On the Supplements Menu, you can view your Fi Supplements Subscription(s), the status of your shipment(s), see your next shipment date(s), your shipment(s) frequency, and add another supplements subscription:
- To exit, tap the arrow in the upper left-hand corner:
How Do I View My Fi Supplements Upcoming Shipment?
- Open the Fi App.
- Tap your dog's avatar in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Menu:
- Tap Supplements:
- Once in the Supplements Menu, find the subscription you want to view and tap Manage:
- Here, you can modify your next upcoming shipment by changing the shipment date, skipping the upcoming shipment, or sending your supplements subscription now. Additionally, you can modify your subscription by changing the shipping frequency:
- Tap the arrow in the upper left-hand corner to return to the Supplements Menu:
- To exit, tap the x in the upper right-hand corner:
How Do I Cancel My Upcoming Fi Supplements Shipment?
- Open the Fi App.
- Tap your dog's profile picture in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Menu:
- Tap Supplements:
- Once in the Supplements Menu, find the subscription you want to cancel and tap Manage:
- Tap the arrow next to Shipment frequency:
- Tap Cancel subscription:

Provide a reason for cancellation, and tap Continue:

You will be offered to skip the next shipment, with the new shipment date displayed, should you accept the offer.

- To accept the offer, tap Skip next shipment:
- A green confirmation message will appear once the shipping frequency is updated:
- To accept the offer, tap Skip next shipment:

- To move forward with cancellation instead, tap Continue with Cancellation:

You will be offered a discount on your next shipment, with the new next shipment price displayed should you accept the offer:
- To accept the offer, tap Claim 33% discount:
- Apply the discount by tapping Confirm:
- A green confirmation message will appear once the subscription is updated:
- To accept the offer, tap Claim 33% discount:
- To move forward with cancellation instead, tap Continue with Cancellation:
- If you have another subscription, you will see a green cancellation confirmation message once the cancellation is complete. You'll soon receive an email confirming the cancellation.
To exit the Supplements Menu, tap the arrow in the upper left-hand corner:
- If you don't have any other active subscriptions besides the one you just cancelled, you'll be redirected to the supplements purchase page once the cancellation is complete. You'll soon receive an email confirming the cancellation.

How Do I Change My Shipping Address for my Upcoming Shipment?
Kindly note that if you’ve recently placed an order or if your supplements have already shipped, updating the shipping address will only apply to future orders, not the current order.
- Open the Fi App.
- Tap your dog's profile picture in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Menu:
- Tap Supplements:
- Once in the Supplements Menu, find the subscription you want to update the shipping address for and tap Manage:
- Tap the arrow next to Update shipment address:
- Type in your new shipping address and tap Update address to save:
- A green confirmation message will appear once the shipping address for your upcoming shipment is updated:

How Do I Update My Next Shipment Date?
- Open the Fi App.
- Tap your dog's profile picture in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Menu:
- Tap Supplements:
- Once in the Supplements Menu, find the subscription you want to modify and tap Manage:
- Tap the arrow on the right-hand side of Update shipment date:

Select the date for your next shipment. Adjust the month using the arrows on the right and then tap Update shipment to DATE to confirm the date:

A green confirmation message will appear once the shipping date for the upcoming shipment is updated:

How Do I Skip My Upcoming Shipment?
- Open the Fi App.

- Tap Supplements:
- Once in the Supplements Menu, find the subscription you want to modify and tap Manage:
- Tap Skip shipment:
- You can either accept the shipping date provided by tapping Update shipment date or tap Choose different shipment date to select a date on the calendar:

How Do I Send My Supplements Shipment Now?

- Tap Send now:
- You can either accept the shipping date provided by tapping Update shipment date or tap Choose different shipment date to select a date on the calendar:

How Do I Add a Fi Supplements Subscription?

How Do I Add Another Fi Supplements Subscription?
- Open the Fi App.

- To add another Fi Supplements Subscription, tap Add Supplements:

Scroll down and select the shipping frequency that works for you and your dog. Tap the arrow to view all of the shipping frequency options, and tap the shipping frequency option that is best:
