During checkout, all customers create a password. If you don't recall this, you can reset your password here or you can reset your password in the Fi App.
- You'll want to use the same email address where your order confirmation, receipt and tracking information were sent. Enter your email and tap SEND EMAIL:
Keep an eye on your email inbox for an email with subject line Password Reset. Scroll down to Resetting Your Fi Account Password From the App - Step 6 - for further instructions.
If you are trying to set up a Fi Collar that was previously set up to a different account, you will need to Contact Fi Customer Success.

Resetting Your Fi Account Password From the App:

Open the Fi App.
- Tap Sign In:

Enter the email address associated with your Fi Account. Please ensure your email is correctly spelled. Then tap I forgot my password:
- A message will appear, tap OK to confirm your password reset:
- Keep an eye on your email inbox for an email with subject line Password Reset. Open the email and tap Change Password:
- Please note, your Change Password link is only valid for 1 hour. After 1 hour, it will expire, and you will need to repeat the above steps to be sent a new change password link.

- Enter your new password and tap Set Password:
- Once completed, the system will send you a message:
- Your password has been reset. Use this password to log into the app.

Tips:
- Check your spam folder for the password reset email.
- Try requesting a password reset again from the app if unsuccessful the first time - double check your email address is entered correctly.
- If you’re using a Gmail email address, check the Social tab of your inbox for the password reset email.
