When checking out, members create a password for their Fi Account. To sign in, simply use the email and password you provided during checkout.
Forgot your password? No worries! You can reset it here using the email address where your order confirmation, receipt, and tracking details were sent. After submitting your request, watch your inbox for an email titled "Password Reset".

Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the password reset email after submitting your request. If you're using Gmail, you can also look in the "Social" tab of your inbox.
