The map that shows yours and your dog's location will be the primary view when you open the Fi app.
Navigating - Swipe across the map to scroll the area. Pinch and pull two fingers apart or together to zoom in and out.
Icons - On the map, you'll see your first initial which represents your location. Your dog's photo represents where your dog is located. If you're both together, the icons should attach to each other.
Location - Tap the 'Locator' button in the bottom right, directly to the right of the red, 'Lost' button, to locate your current location and the location where your dog was last tracked.
Lost - Tap the red, 'Lost' button if you can't locate your dog. For more information about this mode, see Lost Dog Mode.
At the bottom of the screen, you'll see your dog's most recent activity. Swipe left to view past activities.
To get more in-depth information about your dog’s activity, tap the steps count at the top of the screen. With iOS (Coming soon to Android!), Toggle between 'Day', 'Week', and 'Month' to track your dog's progress on their daily, weekly, and monthly step goals. See Activity Tracking for more on this topic.
To access your 'Account Settings', 'Safe Zones', 'Bases', 'Dogs', and 'Owner' information, as well as to 'Sign Out', tap the 'Menu' button in the upper left corner.
At the top of the menu, you'll see your dog's name and photo. The battery icon beneath your dog's name will show the current charge of your dog's Fi collar. The icon to the right of the battery icon represents the Fi collar's current connection state and will vary depending on the actual state:
- A cellular bars icon represents an LTE connection state
A solid circle with first initial icon represents a current user connection state
An empty circle with first initial icon represents an alternate authorized user connection state
A wifi icon represents a Fi base connection state
An empty circle with question mark represents an unknown connection state
