Our Help Center is a comprehensive resource with answers to many questions and recommendations for troubleshooting. These resources will provide you with immediate answers.
You can reach us through email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or via our request form. We try to answer all requests within 12 business hours, and we're in office Monday - Friday: 10am - 8pm EST. During times of increased volume or holidays, we will note amended response times after confirming receipt of your request via email.

Robo Pup works around the clock and can help with many requests. If they can't help, they'll make sure your message gets to us. Please note, most troubleshooting requests will be directed to email, Chat is best for order updates, or initial set up questions.
