The Fi App can only be downloaded from the US App Store. If you have already set up your Fi Collar in the Fi App and are traveling abroad, your collar will work to track your dog's activity and sleep.
You cannot set up the Fi App internationally, as the App will not be available to download. The Fi Collar is only available for purchase in the United States (including Puerto Rico and the USVI). We hope to have Fi available for purchase in additional countries one day.
Traveling with Your Dog Internationally
The Fi Collar can only connect to the AT&T network in the United States. Therefore, while abroad, the collar cannot remotely track your dog or provide GPS/LTE updates, such as Live Tracking/Lost Dog Mode notifications.

Traveling Internationally without Your Dog
If your dog stays within the United States while you are traveling internationally, you can check in on your dog from anywhere in the world. To do so, you must have internet access on your smartphone and a Fi Subscription/Membership.
