Fi 30 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy
For the holidays, all items purchased between November 20 and December 31, 2023, are eligible for returns until January 31, 2024.
We’re confident that you and your dog will love Fi! That said, we understand that your purchase is an investment, and we want you to feel comfortable in your decision. For this reason, Fi (“Fi”, “us”, “our”, and “we”) offers the following 30 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy (“Return Policy”).
Under this Return Policy, if, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with a device or physical product you purchased from us on our website located at tryfi.com (“Fi Product”), you have 30 days from the date of such purchase to request a full refund.
TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND, ALL THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MUST BE MET:
- The Fi Product must have been purchased from tryfi.com.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be included along with your returned Fi Product. To obtain an RMA number, you must request one through our request form within 30 days from the date on which you purchased the Fi Product (“Return Period”). Fi may require that you furnish proof of purchase details to obtain an RMA. We will confirm receipt of your request immediately and log your request. Please allow 2 business days for an RMA to be issued.
- You must return the Fi Product in accordance with our shipping instructions. When Fi issues an RMA number, we will provide return shipping instructions and a return address.
- The returned Fi Product (including all parts) must be in good, clean physical condition (not physically broken or damaged, with minimal wear/scratches), in either its original packaging or packaging that provides an equal degree of protection. If you are returning a Fi Product because it is defective, follow the instructions in Fi's Warranty Policies.
- Any accessories and documentation originally included with the Fi Product you purchased must be included with your return.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Gift Cards are not refundable.
- Shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
- Return shipping is arranged for, and paid by the customer. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges, and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Fi Product while in transit to us. If you return a Fi Product to us without a valid RMA or without all parts, accessories or documentation included in the original package, we may either (1) refuse delivery of the return or (2) charge you a restocking fee equal to the higher of fifteen (15) per cent of the original price of the Fi Product or the retail value of the missing or broken parts. When you return a Fi Product, we recommend that you use a tracking service for your protection.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned Fi Product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds will be processed and paid within 2 weeks of our receipt of the returned Fi Product. Please note that, depending on your credit card company or bank, it may take an additional 2 to 10 business days after your credit is approved for to post if to your account.
- If an RMA number is issued for an Fi Product under this Return Policy, any subscriptions or activation fees associated with the purchase of the returned Fi Product will be canceled when your return is received; you do not need to submit a separate request for the cancellation. - We will not accept unauthorized returns (e.g., returns of Fi Products for which you have not requested an RMA during the Return Period or returns made before requesting and obtaining an RMA).
