The Fi Collar uses the new, low power AT&T LTE CAT-M network to send your dog's location to our servers. This allows for two things:
1. For the Fi collar's cellular antenna to only be turned on every few minutes and only when the dog is not with an owner - unlike other 3G trackers that need to remain connected to the network at all times, like a cellphone.
2. For the Fi collar to have drastically improved battery life as compared to other 3G trackers.
