Adding or Removing a Dog Owner

If your dog has more than one owner, you can add them to the Fi App.

All owners added to your account will have full access privileges including location, health data, and billing.

If you'd like to share limited access to your account instead, you can add someone to your account as a dog walker.

Adding an Owner

Open the Fi App.
Tap your dog avatar picture in the lower-right corner. Once you are in the Dog Profile, tap the 3 stacked lines in the upper-right of your screen to open the Menu:
Tap Owners / Dog Walkers:
Tap Add an owner:
Enter the additional owner's phone number in the Phone Number field or tap Search your contacts:
The invite will then populate a message on your smartphone. Send the prewritten text to share the invite.
The invited owner will then receive a message containing your invite link.
- If the invited owner hasn't yet downloaded the Fi App: This link will direct them to the Apple App or Google Play Store. They will need to:
  - Download the app.
  - Create an account.
    - Enter the email address desired for their Fi Account.
    - Choose a password.
    - Enter their full name.
  - The invite code will then auto-populate.
- If the owner has downloaded the Fi App: This link will open the app on their device.
  - If they have not created an account, they will need to:
    - Create an account.
    - Enter the email address desired for their Fi Account.
    - Pick a password.
    - Enter their full name.
  - The invite code will auto-populate.
- If the invited owner already has a Fi Account: They will immediately receive access to your dog's profile.

Open the Fi App.
Tap your dog avatar in the lower-right corner. Once you are in the Dog Profile, tap the 3 stacked lines in the upper-right of your screen to open the Menu:
Tap Owners / Dog Walkers:
Tap the Pencil Icon next to the person you would like to remove:
Tap Remove. To confirm, tap Yes, remove.
The removed owner will no longer have access to your dog in the Fi App.
