By default, all alert types will be turned on for new Fi members, and each user can select different preferences on their account, even if a dog's ownership is shared. For more information on each type of notification, see: Alerts & Notifications 101.
For multi pet households, you'll need to first select your pet's profile to update the alert settings for each pet individually.
Steps to Turn On/Off Notifications

Open the Fi App.

Tap your dog's Profile picture in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines:

Tap Notifications:

For Fi News Notifications, toggle ON to receive notifications and OFF if you wish to receive no notifications about Fi News:

For Collar Alerts you must first tap on the arrow to reveal all the Collar Alerts sub categories, and then you may toggle ON/OFF (PUSH = ON) the alerts you wish to receive.

For ESCAPE ALERTS, you have the option to receive an alert and a text message. Tap PUSH + SMS for this function.

For Social Features, you can toggle ON/OFF from the main screen easily by tapping ON/OFF. Please note that if you toggle OFF, you are opting out of social features entirely. This will affect all owners of the pet.

If you tap on the arrow next to Social Notifications, it will reveal all the different social notifications you can receive. See: What Are Social Notifications?. From here, you can toggle ON/OFF (PUSH = ON) the alerts you wish to receive, and this can be specific to each owner:
