Orders placed before 12 PM EST will ship same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST (or over the weekend) are shipped the following business day, regardless of shipping method selected.
Orders with free shipping are fulfilled via DHL with the exception of orders shipping to a P.O. Box, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin Islands, these orders will ship via USPS.
1 and 2 day shipping is handled by UPS, who offers delivery 5 days a week (Monday to Friday.)
After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information with the expected delivery date.
