If your dog's Live Map Card displays Offline Reconnecting ... instead of Online in the Fi App, this means the collar is unable to find a connection to the Fi Server to provide a live update.
Typically, extended "Offline" periods are easily remedied by resetting the Fi Collar. To perform a reset, please follow the instructions below relevant to your collar's series.
Series 3
- Make sure your Fi Charging Base is plugged in.
- Place your Fi Collar on the Base. You should see your Fi Base's indicator light turn blue, indicating your collar is docked properly.
- On the back of the base, next to the Micro-USB port, there is a small circle. This is the reset button. Hold the reset button for 5 seconds.
- The Fi Base indicator light will turn red, and your Fi Collar Light will flash green - indicating the collar has reset.
Series 2
- Power off the Fi Collar.
- Wait 30 seconds, and turn the Device back on.
- Place your collar back on the Base to complete the reset.
