Ordered the wrong size? All Fi Bands are interchangeable - this means if you ordered the wrong size, we can simply swap out the wrong sized band for the correct size.
Steps to Exchange Wrong Size or Unused Band
- Order the correct sized band from the accessory shop, this will ensure your pup is outfitted as quickly as possible. See Sizing and Fit.
- Reach out to us via our Exchange Request form.
- Make sure to include your original invoice number or shipping address, so we can find your order and ensure your refund is processed correctly upon arrival.
- We'll email you back with an RMA number, so we can track the exchange, and our returns center address.
- Mail your exchange. Once your exchange arrives at our returns center, allow 7-10 business days for processing. We will refund the additional band purchase made in step 1.
- Please note, return shipping is arranged for and paid by the customer.

Please note, Fi bands cannot be exchanged for a Fi Maker band. Fi Makers are approved sellers but independent from Fi. Fi Bands must be exchanged for a different Fi Band.
