With Fi, you can track your dog anywhere they go. At home, you’ve set up a perfect Fi System, and we’ll want to recreate this when you are traveling with your dog.

1. Set up a Safe Zone: A Safe Zone ensures you receive notifications if your dog exits a location they should be within.

2. Add an available Wi-Fi Network: This ensures your dog's location is accurately tracked when indoors

3. Bring your dog’s Fi Base during travel:This ensures your dog's location is accurately tracked when indoors, preserves battery life, and charges your dog's collar if needed.

   • If you prefer a travel base, additional Fi Bases are $39 and can be purchased here.
4. Prepare for special requirements: for example, if you need to power off your dog's collar for a flight, you'll need a Fi Base. See: How Do I Turn Off or Reset My Fi Collar?
   • Please note, the Series 3 Fi Collar cannot be powered off manually. We recommend draining the collar to 0% if the collar needs to be completely turned off for a flight.
