If you have multiple dogs in your pack, each dog will have a unique pet profile. Owners can seamlessly switch between dogs on the Fi App to view their activity and individual ranking.
Please note that each dog will need their own collar and active Fi Membership for remote live tracking.
How to Add Another Dog to Your Fi App
- Open the Fi App.
- Tap your dog's profile picture in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Menu button:
- Tap Collars:

Tap the + button to the right of your dog's name:
- If you have multiple households (you have shared ownership with different groups that do not all access the same dogs), tap the + button for the household you want to add the dog to:

- Follow the prompts in Dog Profile Setup to add another dog to your Fi App:
- If the app doesn't automatically send prompts to activate a collar after creating a dog profile, simply open the new dog profile and tap Activate Collar. Follow the prompts to complete setup:
Please note for Series 3 Collars: to charge, reset, or activate your collar, the Fi Device must sit in the recess on the top side of your Fi Base. The bottom of the Fi Base shows the Fi Logo. If you set your collar on the bottom of the base, it will not charge or activate properly.
