If you have multiple dogs in your pack, each dog will have a unique pet profile. Owners can seamlessly switch between pups on the app to view their activity and individual ranking.

Please note that each dog will need their own collar and active Fi Subscription/Membership for remote GPS tracking.
Steps to Add Another Dog to Your Fi App
- Open the Fi App.
- Tap your pup's profile in the lower right hand corner, and tap the 3 dotted lines:
- Tap Collars:
- Tap the + button to the right of your dog(s) name:
- If you have multiple households (you have shared ownership with different groups that do not all access the same dogs), tap the + button for the household you want to add the dog to:

- Follow the prompts in Dog Profile Setup to add another pup to your Fi App:
- Tap Activate Collar and follow the prompts to activate your collar:
- Please note for Series 3 Collars:
To charge or activate your collar, the module must sit in the indention on the top side of your Fi Base. The bottom of the Fi Base shows the Fi Logo. If you set your collar on the bottom of the base, it will not charge or activate properly.
