Once you have registered your Fi Nano microchip, your pet profile will show the status Transfer Pending until the chip is approved by your Fi Partner (vet/rescue/breeder).
Your Fi Partner will need to approve the release and this should happen within 24 hours. Your status will switch from Transfer Pending to Active once approved.
If the status is still showing Transfer Pending after 24 hours, this means that the Fi Partner has not yet approved the transfer request. Please reach out to your Fi Partner who chipped your dog as they will need to approve the transfer in order for your chip to be moved into the Active status.
