Here Is What You Need to Register Your FI Nano Microchip on Your Desktop Computer:
- The yellow card provided to you from the Nano Partner who microchipped your pet.
- If you do not have the yellow card, go to nano.tryfi.com/register and you can still register the chip by using the microchip serial number and an active email.
- Your desktop computer.

Steps to Register Your Fi Nano via Desktop:
Please note: you do not need to scan the QR code on the yellow card if you are registering your account on a desktop computer. That is for mobile use only.
- Visit nano.tryfi.com/manage.
- If you already have an account, fill out your Email and Password and click Login:
- If you do not have an account click SIGN UP HERE:
- Fill out the information and click Sign Up:
- If you do not have an account click SIGN UP HERE:
- Once logged in, click REGISTER A CHIP and then proceed to step #4 (if you have just created a new account skip this step and proceed to step #4):
- Input the email in which you would like to be reached if your pet is found and click Next Step:
- If the system does not automatically fill in the microchip number, type in your microchip serial number or the 6 digit number on your yellow card and then click Next Step:
- The system will now prompt you to fill out your general information. The only requirement is your email. If you chose to fill out other general information, do so and then click Next Step:
- Next, it is not required but you will be prompted to fill out information for your dog. If you chose to fill out your pet's details, do so and then click Complete Registration:
- Note: If Mixed Breed, check the mixed breed box but also choose the closest breed you think your pup relates to from the drop down that says Dog Breed.
- If not a dog, be sure to click Not a dog.
- You are now registered!
- To check in on your status, click the three stacked lines and then click on MANAGE CHIPS (make sure to expand your screen so you can see MANAGE CHIPS):
The status on your chip should now say TRANSFER PENDING:- Your Fi Partner will need to approve the release and this should happen within 24 hours which will then change your status to ACTIVE.
