Is My Replacement Band the Correct Size?

Ordered the wrong size collar? Growing puppy? Fi Bands are interchangeable, but limited to their series. You can purchase additional spare bands as needed for the Fi Collar Series needed.

Concerned you received the wrong size? The Fi Band is measured differently than a fully assembled collar. You will need to measure your band with the device removed.

Confirm the Correct Size

1. Shorten the spare Fi Band to its shortest setting.

2. If your band still has a Fi Device attached, see Replacing The Fi Collar Band for instructions on how to remove it.

3. Lay the collar flat and measure the length without the device, band connector to band connector. 
   

4. Compare the measurements to our size guide shown below. The spare band lengths (when adjusted to the smallest size) should be as follows:

   • Series 3 Fi Bands:
     • The buckle for sizes Extra Small - Medium is plastic, where the buckle for Large & Extra Large is metal.  
       • Extra Small: 7.75"
       • Small: 8.75"
       • Medium: 10.75"
       • Large: 13.75"
       • Extra Large: 18.25"
   • Series 2 Fi Bands:
     • The buckle for size Small is plastic, where the buckle for Medium - Exrta Large is metal.  
       • Small: 9.50"
       • Medium: 10.75"
       • Large: 13.75"
       • Extra-Large: 19.75"
