If you have received an email message with the subject "You have a Fi Nano Message about (Dog's Name)!", this means a dog that is registered under your account has been found.
If the pet is still under your care, reply back to coordinate reclaiming the dog.

If the Pet Is Registered to an Owner
We recommend reaching out to the owner to verify if they have been in contact with the finder of their pet. To find the owner:

You will need the microchip number from the found pet. If this was not provided, please email the person who found the pet, ask for the microchip number and then proceed to the next steps.

Go to nano.tryfi.com and LOG IN to your account.

Click MANAGE CHIPS from the menu:
- If you are using a desktop, please fully expand your screen to reveal MANAGE CHIPS:
- If you are using a mobile device, tap the 3 stacked lines and then tap MANAGE CHIPS:
- If you are using a desktop, please fully expand your screen to reveal MANAGE CHIPS:
- Type in the microchip number in the search bar and click the magnifying glass to search.
- The microchip should pop up if the chip was registered by the owner.
- Click into the chip.
- Contact the owner with the given contact information and see if they have been notified and in contact with the finder of their pet.
