I Signed Out of My Fi Account/Got a New Phone, How Do I Sign Back In?

If you sign out of your account or get a new phone, it's easy to get back in!

If you get a new phone, make sure to re-download the Fi App before following the next steps. Once you log in, it automatically adds your dog's information into the app.

• If you previously had a Fi Account, but you got a new phone and don't see your dog's details, your account is likely under a different email.

Steps to Sign In: 

1. Open the Fi App.
2. Tap Sign In:
   
   
3. Type in your email and password associated with your Fi Account. Please ensure your email and password are correctly spelled, and then tap Sign In:
