Settings Menu

Within the Menu, you can configure account preferences and view diagnostic tools.

To access the Menu, open the Fi App and tap your dog avatar in the lower-right corner of your screen.

Once in your dog profile, tap the 3 stacked lines - the Menu button - to open your settings.

Within the Menu, you will find:

1. Collars - Add dogs, access membership information and unlink collars. See:

8. Notifications - Decide which alerts you would like to receive via text, email, and the app. See:

9. Account Settings - If you ever need to update your username, email or phone number, you can do so here. 
10. System Diagnostics - Within system diagnostics, you can view how well your collar is connecting and where your collar is connecting. It has views for system health, base connectivity, and you can test your GPS/LTE-M connectivity.

12. Phone Support - Fi offers a dedicated phone support line for members with a 1 or 2 year prepaid Series 3 Membership.
