Strain Score measures your dog's exertion at any given time. It's a relative measure of their activity over their rest and sleep. You can find your Strain Score under the Activity Tab, see: Activity/Sleep Tab

For DAILY, WEEKLY or MONTHLY time periods, your Strain Score average will show in a bar graph for that day, week or month. The TODAY time period shows a line graph and shows how the Strain Score changes hourly throughout the day. You can swipe right to view previous dates, and swipe left to return to the current time frame.

Scoring ✏️ 📊
There are four categories your dog's Strain Score can fall into. Their score is ranked between 0 and 30:
- Light = strain score between 0-10, more rest and sleep than activity.
- Moderate = strain score between 11-16, moderate activity and moderate rest and sleep
- Strenuous = strain score between 17-22, more activity than rest and sleep.
- All Out = strain score between 23-30, significantly more activity than rest and sleep.

You can view your dog's current Strain Score compared to Your Dog's Average, Similar Dogs - other dogs of the same breed and age of your dog - average, and All Fi Dogs average:
The green dot represents your dog's current Strain Score for whatever time period you are in:
The black dot represents the average strain score of either your Your Dog's average, Similar Dogs or All Fi Dogs over the last 60 days, regardless of what time period tab you are in:
