If you have an active Fi GPS/LTE Subscription/Membership, your current plan and renewal date will be shown in the Fi App. Please follow the steps below to check your Subscription/Membership plan. To make changes to your plan, please submit a request through our request form.
Steps to Check If You Have an Active Subscription/Membership
To start, open the Fi App and tap your dog's profile picture in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Settings Menu:
- Tap Collars:
Tap the dog's collar whose Subscription/Membership you would like to view.
- Tap View Details next to Your Membership:
