If you need to update your payment method, such as changing the credit card or billing address you have on file, you can easily do so within the Fi App.
Steps to Update Billing Information
1. Open the Fi App.
2. Tap your dog's avatar in the lower-right corner of your screen. Once in your Dog Profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Menu:
3. Tap Collars:
4. Tap into an activated collar.
5. Tap View Details:
6. Tap Update Payment Method:
7. A new page with your personal billing information will open. Update the desired information and tap Save and exit.
