Inaccurate Exit Alert - Dog Is Without Owner
If you receive an inaccurate escape alert and no owner is listed in the notification, such as "Izzy just left home", this can indicate:
- The Fi Collar's GPS chips were activated.
- The Fi Collar received two GPS reports indicating your dog was outside a Safe Zone.

Inaccurate Exit Alert - Dog Is With Owner
If you receive an inaccurate escape alert and an owner is listed in the notification, such as "Izzy just left home with Eric", this can indicate:
- The owner's mobile device is connected to your dog's Fi collar via Bluetooth. This connection is being used to report your dog's location.
- The owner's mobile device provided two inaccurate location reports indicating your dog was outside a Safe Zone.
