🔋 The Fi Collar takes 3 hours to charge from 0 to 100%.
If your collar is not charging up to 100% and/or is stuck at a certain percentage, please follow the below troubleshooting steps.

Series 3 Collars:
To charge your collar, the module must sit in the indention on the top side of your Fi Base. The bottom of the Fi Base shows the Fi Logo. If you set your collar on the bottom of the base, it will not charge or activate properly.

Steps to Troubleshoot Your Battery Charge
- First, check if your Fi Charging Base is plugged in and online.
- If your Fi Charging Base is offline, you will see a red dot next to your dog's profile, and there will be a red exclamation next to Bases in your Fi App menu.
- If your Fi Base is offline, please get your Fi Charging Base back online by using the instructions here: Reconfiguring & Troubleshooting Your Fi Charging Base.
- If your Fi Charging Base is offline, you will see a red dot next to your dog's profile, and there will be a red exclamation next to Bases in your Fi App menu.
- If the base is plugged in, a flashing blue 🔵 light should appear on your module once when you set your collar on the base. If you have Fi Series 3 Collar, your base will also show a solid blue 🔵 light when the module is docked.
- Next, charge your Fi Collar for 3 hours without removing it from the base.
- Check your battery percentage.
- If your collar does not charge to 100% after 3 hours, please reset your collar. See: How Do I Turn Off or Reset My Fi Module?
- After the reset, follow steps 1-4 again. If your collar still does not reach a full charge after 3 hours, please fill out this form. Under the drop-down titled Troubleshooting Issue, select Battery Performance (not charging to 100).
