🔋To charge your dog's Fi Collar, you'll need a Fi Base and access to electricity. Please note, the Fi Series 2 Collar cannot charge on a Series 3 Base, and vice versa.
The Fi Collar takes 3 hours to charge from 0 to 100%. We'll send a reminder at 20% and 5% to recharge. See: Alerts & Notifications 101
If you lost the base cord/cable, any standard USB type A to micro USB will work.
🔌 Make sure your Fi Base is plugged in. Place the Fi Collar on the Fi Base.

Series 3
When you place your Fi Collar on the Fi Base, the light on the base will turn blue 🔵, indicating your collar is docked. You’ll notice the LED light on the Fi Collar will also turn on. If your Fi Collar pulses blue 🔵, this shows the Fi Collar is charging.
When fully charged, the blue LED light will stop pulsing on your Fi Collar.
To charge or activate your collar, the module must sit in the indention on the top side of your Fi Base. The bottom of the Fi Base shows the Fi Logo. If you set your collar on the bottom of the base, it will not charge or activate properly.

Series 2
When placed on the base, you’ll notice the LED light on the Fi Collar turns on. If your Fi collar pulses blue 🔵, this indicates the Fi Collar is charging.
When fully charged, the LED light on the Fi Collar will show a solid blue light 🔵 and stop pulsing.
