How to Check Your Fi Collar Battery Performance & System Health
- Open the Fi App.
- Tap your dog's profile picture in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Menu:

Tap System Diagnostics:

Tap the dog's Fi Collar you would like to check the battery performance for:

System Health will appear and show what source your Fi Collar is connecting to - Fi Base, Phone (Fi App), Wi-Fi, GPS, or OFF if the collar has been offline.

The best battery performance will be obtained by connecting to the least battery-intensive sources for as long as possible.

- There are three categories in which your battery performance is rated: Great, Not Great & Poor:

Your dog's collar is performing optimally and can often connect to a Fi Base.

Performance could be improved by connecting to a Fi Base more often.

Poor

Your dog's collar is on GPS/LTE-M or offline more than 75% of the time.

GPS/LTE-M is the most battery-intensive mode, and frequent charging is required.

Even when offline, your collar attempts to communicate over GPS/LTE-M unless it has been powered off.
