How Do I Recall a Fi Rescue Collar?

Any time that a dog was previously with a foster parent but is returning to your rescue or being adopted, you need to recall them back into your rescue within the Fi App. If they are being adopted, after the dog is recalled, you will need to transfer the Fi Rescue Collar to the adopter. Steps to Recall a Fi Rescue Collar 

1. Open the Fi App and LOG IN to your Rescue account. See: How Do I Check If I Am Logged in to My Fi Rescue Account?
2. Tap the dog's Profile Tab in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines:
   
   
3. Tap on Manage Rescues:
   
   
4. You will see two categories:
   1. 1. Select the dog you want to place.
         
      2. Select a dog to recall into the rescue.
         
         
5. If a dog was with a foster and is now coming back to the rescue, recall the dog under Select a dog to recall into the rescue. Tap on the dog's name you want to recall: 
   
   
6. Tap Recall into Foster Organization. This will move the dog back under Select the dog you want to place.
   • If applicable, select the base that will travel from the foster’s home to the adopter’s home, and unlink the base from the foster’s account so that the adopter can set it up at their house. You can unlink a base at any time. See: How Do I Unlink A Fi Base From My Account?
