When you are trying to connect your Fi Base or Fi Device to Wi-Fi, you might need to access your MAC ID. This is a unique 12-digit ID used to identify the device on your network. You can find your MAC Address within the Fi App.
Locating Your MAC Address Before Device Activation
When you activate a new device, prompts to set up your Fi Device will be given. Once you are prompted to add a Wi-Fi Network, your MAC ID will be shown to you:

To locate the MAC address for your Fi Device or Fi Base after activation, follow the steps below.
Locating Your Fi Device MAC Address

In the Fi App, tap your pet's profile picture in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Settings Menu:

Tap on Your Pack

Tap on the pet whose device you need to find the MAC address for:

Tap on the device in their profile page

Tap the information icon in the top-right corner. This will open a menu with information, including the MAC address.

Scroll down to the Base section and tap the Base you need to find the MAC address for
