When you are trying to connect your Fi Base or Fi Collar to Wi-Fi, you might need to access your MAC ID. This is a unique 12-digit ID used to identify the device on your network. You can find your MAC Address within the Fi App.

Steps to Find Your MAC Address Before a Collar is Activated
When you activate a new collar, prompts to set up your Fi Collar will be given. See: How Do I Set Up My Fi Collar? Once prompted to add a Wi-Fi Network, your MAC ID will be shown to you:

Steps to Find Your MAC Address After a Collar is Activated
- To start, open the Fi App.
- Tap your dog's profile picture in the lower right corner. Once you are in the profile, tap the 3 stacked lines to open the Settings Menu:
- Tap on Collars to find the MAC Address for your Fi Collar:

iOS users: Tap into the collar for which you need the MAC Address. The collar information will be listed at the bottom of the screen.
- Android users: You do not need to tap into a collar. The MAC Address for your Fi Collar will be displayed below the collars.
- Tap on Bases to find the MAC Address for your Fi Base:

For iOS users: Tap the base for which you need the MAC Address. The base information will be listed at the bottom.

Android users: You do not need to tap into the base. The MAC Address for your Fi Base will be displayed below the Base.
