Learn how to temporarily pause your Fi Membership and what to expect during the pause period.
You can pause your membership at any time. When you pause, your membership stays active through your current billing period, and the pause begins on your next billing date.
Please note: If you have more than one pet, each pet has a separate membership. You will need to go through the pause or cancel flow individually for each pet whose membership you want to pause.
How to Pause or Resume Your Membership
How to Pause or Resume Your Membership
Before pausing, please note that all changes must be made before your renewal date. Changes cannot be applied retroactively or mid-term.
Pausing Your Membership
To pause your membership:
- Visit memberships.fitracking.com/manage.
- Sign in to your Fi account.
- Select Pause or Cancel.
- Choose a pause length of 1, 2 or 3 months.
- Confirm your selection.
Please note: The pause feature is entirely self-service.
Resuming Your Membership
Your membership resumes on its own, so no action is needed unless you want to restart your membership sooner.
There are two ways to resume your membership, and they include:
- Logging on to the manage membership website and opting to resume.
- Letting your membership reactivate automatically at the end of the pause.
What Happens During a Pause
When your membership is paused, the following applies:
- Your pause begins on your next billing date, so your membership stays active until then.
- The billing date moves out by the pause length you selected, and you will not be charged during the pause period.
- Access to membership features in the Fi App will be restricted during the pause period.
- Your pet profile data, activity history and all associated information are fully retained. Nothing is deleted. Once your membership is reactivated, everything will be restored.
- A pause can only be applied once per membership.
Please note: A pause may move your future billing date depending on your term length.
